Are you new to being an expert?
Relatively yes. I have been a construction expert witness for 3 years. I have or am involved with 4 cases ranging from $400k to $55m. I have testified in AAA cases and have a 100% success rate. I am very passionate and fortunate to leverage of 40 years of industry experience to benefit my clients.
Can you travel or work remotely?
Yes, for example, I am working now for an Australian firm on a claims management job in Ontario, Canada. I find it best to interview face to face or on Teams or Zoom if need be.
How are you with technology?
I feel very confident in saying "very good". I have not had any problems using various clients systems nor document management (drop box, SharePoint, etc.), Microsoft suite, and others.
Can you apply your experiences to smaller jobs and perhaps other industries as an "expert"?
It depends, but yes I have. Currently I have leveraged my knowledge on a case which involves natural gas distribution in a residential setting. I leverage my leadership, pipeline, safety and quality assurance expertise.
